Shipping Information:

All of our individual lessons are available for download after purchase. However if you purchase a CD collection, there will be a shipping and handling fee assessed. Orders placed before 12 noon EST will be shipped that day via First Class mail in a protective bubble wrap envelope. If placed after 12 noon EST, your item will be shipped during the next business day. Please contact us if you need your items expedited. We are happy to work with you.

Refund and Return Policies:

If you receive a damaged CD in the mail, please contact us immediately via phone or email and we will replace your damaged CD at no cost to you. If you are having problems downloading our lessons, contact us and we will be sure to get them to you safely.

All lessons are available to preview on our main site before purchase, and all requirements are listed so that you will know if you are able to run our lessons on your equipment. However if you do feel a refund or return is necessary, please contact us via phone or email with the details.

Additional Information:

Almost all our AARTPActivities are Adobe Air files. Adobe Air files will run on all Interactive Whiteboards including SMARTŠ, Promethean, and Mimio boards. You can download the appropriate software at http://get.adobe.com/air/

On occasion our files are updated to provide added functionality to the existing activity or to fix minor bugs. If you think you have an error in your file or have found a bug in the activity, please contact us and we will be more than happy to look into the issue and give you a code to download an updated version of the lesson if and when it is available.

In what formats are AARTPActvities available?

AARTPActivities are available in Adobe AIR, SMARTŠ Notebook, and Promethean ActivStudio/Inspire versions. Some activities may only be available in a limited number of formats. The CD collections AARTPActivities-Primary and AARTPActivities-Intermediate include most activities in both Adobe AIR and SMARTŠ Notebook formats. The SMARTŠ Notebook formats for these collections are provided as a Gallery Collection for installation into the SMARTŠ Notebook Gallery.

What are Adobe AIR files?

Adobe AIR is an application format created by Adobe. It works on both Windows and Mac OS systems. AARTPActivities in Adobe AIR format are stand-alone-only applications that will run on any interactive whiteboard.

How can I use AARTPActivities in my SMARTŠ Notebook and Promethean ActivStudio/Inspire flipchart files?

SMARTŠ Notebook files and Promethean ActivStudio/Inspire flipcharts require Flash versions of AARTPActivities. Many activities are already available as SMARTŠ Notebook versions in the CD collections AARTPActivities-Primary and AARTPActivities-Intermediate. Other versions, and more activities in more formats, will be coming soon. Meanwhile, AARTPActivities are available as stand-alone applications.
